This class is an intuitive flow inspired by author, Dr. Wayne Dyer's Ahh Meditation. We move through gentle postures (asanas) as we focus on pranayama (breath control). We flow in and out of meditation during the postures then conclude with a guided meditation where we melt into bliss....ahh!
