Ahh-mazing Yoga Shala

Ahh-mazing November Full Moon Beach Yoga!

This class is taught by:

Ryan Martin

Honor to our practice and the gurus before us! After years of holistic studies and traveling the east coast, the legacy of yoga found a powerful and permanent home in Ryan’s life. Every day, this passion continues in expression through rigorous practice, teaching, and study. This steady devotion has brought about a change of heart, like nothing else could. “Being a happy man already, yoga gently knocked and kneaded at my being, calling me home.” he says. As this love for yoga snowballed, Ryan decided to pursue the path at full capacity, completing Anuttara Yoga Shala’s 200-Hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training, 200-Hour Raja Yoga Teacher training and 100-Hour Vinyasa Teacher training.
Preferring the more forceful styles of yoga, Ryan instructs with an aim at honing the body, breath, and mind to bring about an authentic and lasting experience. Combining grass roots yoga with new age ingenuity, we journey within so we are never “without.” Practice breeds devotion. So come practice, be happy!

Domenic Nappa III

Domenic is originally from Rhode Island where he grew up playing football, lifting weights and working in construction, namely concrete work. After undergoing numerous upper body injuries, running became the exercise where he found peace of mind after running great distances. After moving to Florida for work and struggling for a while, through many perfectly aligned circumstances, he found yoga. He fell in love with the practice as it offered a peace of mind that he had only found on long distance runs. He enjoys the physical, upper body strengthening postures, and is well versed in inversions and arm balances. His classes, while being well rounded, will move you toward understanding the capabilities of your body as he believes there is no “can’t” or “never” in yoga. Yoga saved Domenic’s life and he feels it is his true calling to share his passion about the effects yoga can have on people's lives, both mentally and physically. He loves the prospect of being a student and teacher of yoga for the rest of his days.

November's full moon is called a Frost Moon or Beaver Moon. This full moon gets its beaver name from Native Americans, because this was the time to set traps for beavers before the winter frosts came to make sure there were enough warm furs.
