Ahh-mazing Yoga Shala
Mary's yoga journey began many years ago in Arizona but she really fell in love with it when she began practicing on the beach with Tonee Detweiler in 2010. Shortly afterward, she met her Teacher of Truth, Philip Christodoulou at Anuttara Yoga Shala; she attended his 200 hour Anuttara Raja Yoga teacher training solely to deepen her own practice. By graduation day she was overtaken by the passion to share yoga with others so she immediately signed up for the 200 hour Hatha Yoga teacher training. Mary has been sharing yoga with others ever since! Her passion to share yoga with others eventually led her and her husband Domenic to create Ahh-mazing Yoga Shala! 

Mary considers herself to be a Bhakti Yogi (a yogi of devotion); she prays to be a clear channel for God to use in sharing the peace of yoga with others. Her passion is for all beings to find the peace of Divine Love within.

Domenic Nappa, co-founder of Ahh-mazing Yoga found peace and love within through yoga when he met his wife, Mary the other co-founder of Ahh-mazing Yoga Shala. His intention was to create a place of high energy where Mary could teach and where people would feel at home and at peace while practicing. His ahh-mazing construction skills allowed his dream to manifest into reality, he created such a beautiful space full of peace and love.

In addition to Domenic's construction skills, he runs the day to day business at Ahh-mazing Yoga Shala! People love seeing his smiling face as they check in for yoga and Domenic truly enjoys seeing their Yoga Glow as they leave to carry their peace out into the world! Domenic has faith that if you practice, all is coming as long as it is within God's will.

Domenic is originally from Rhode Island where he grew up playing football, lifting weights and working in construction, namely concrete work. After undergoing numerous upper body injuries, running became the exercise where he found peace of mind after running great distances. After moving to Florida for work and struggling for a while, through many perfectly aligned circumstances, he found yoga. He fell in love with the practice as it offered a peace of mind that he had only found on long distance runs. He enjoys the physical, upper body strengthening postures, and is well versed in inversions and arm balances. His classes, while being well rounded, will move you toward understanding the capabilities of your body as he believes there is no “can’t” or “never” in yoga. Yoga saved Domenic’s life and he feels it is his true calling to share his passion about the effects yoga can have on people's lives, both mentally and physically. He loves the prospect of being a student and teacher of yoga for the rest of his days.
Lisa began practicing yoga because she had irritating back pain; having played sports while growing up while being much taller than most kids her age, she found herself with poor posture and in a lot of pain. When she got into college she took a yoga course and wasn't too crazy about it at first but she did notice how specific stretches really helped with the pain so she incorporated them into her work outs. She started exploring different classes to find other stretches to help and found an instructor she fell in love with. She went to her class religiously and started also understanding the mental side of yoga. She then began her own practice and explored different styles, studios, variations. She became addicted to the idea of learning more so she signed up for a teacher training...in Costa Rica! Because who wouldn’t want to be fully submerged in a 200 hour program, smack dab in the middle of the rain forest?! She emerged a full-fledged yogi! Now she lives a yogic lifestyle and shares her experience through her classes which can be challenging yet always satisfying. Lisa loves to focus on the anatomy of the body and tendencies of the mind, which always makes for an interesting practice. Tiffany is originally from Pembroke Pines; she currently lives in Delray Beach. Affectionately called, The Island Girl, she is a mom, wife, animal lover, and yogi. After practicing heated yoga for over a decade, Tiffany decided to exit the rat race and join the business of healing. Yoga has inspired so much love and strength in her life, and she wishes to share it with others. Tiffany trained at Anuttara Yoga Shala, in Delray Beach and is 200 RTY certified. The Island Girl continues to learn, and will forever be a yoga student. Tiffany truly enjoys what she does and feels amazing everyday.
Samantha Jenks is a RYT200 with Yoga Alliance, with specialization in Pranayama and Yoga Nidra, located in sunny South Florida. Her passion for yoga began in 2009 when she took her first class at her local YMCA. She emphasizes on thoughtful exploration through the body and mind. With a bachelors of science in psychology, Samantha has always had the motivation and heart for helping others. Her classes are delivered in a way that leaves the practitioner feeling rejuvenated and full of personal insight. It is her passion to share and create a space that is every - body inclusive. She does this by meeting all her clients where they are at, and helping them grow and achieve goals from there. Additionally, Samantha assists private clients ranging from children, athletes, those suffering from anxiety and depression, pre/post natal mothers along with the aging and dying. She offers a series of courses and workshops all over the South Florida area. All class offered by Samantha are instructed wholeheartedly with sincere commitment to better serving her community.
